In a series of one-to-one meetings over several months, I will work with you to identify and focus on goals that result in progress toward your ultimate career and professional success. Between meetings, homework is assigned to help meet your goals. 


Coaching sessions are typically 3-4 times a month for 60 minutes each, with availability via email or phone for one-off check-ins or issues as they arise between sessions. Sessions can be in person in the Phoenix metro area, over the phone, or via online meeting, based on schedules, travel, and other needs. 

Because coaching success requires effort on both our parts, I advise all clients to understand that professional transformation takes time. 


Executive coaching relationships have a minimum expectation of 6 months, while career coaching relationships have a minimum expectation of 3 months. Shorter agreements can be explored on a case-by-case basis, and longer agreements will be based on the benchmarks and progress of the initial agreement.
