Executive & Career Coaching

In the past, hiring a professional coach was a sign of addressing a need, whether there was a gap in necessary skills, an identified drop in performance, or a need to address toxic behavior.

Today, individuals and companies alike seek coaching to develop the capabilities of high-potential employees, provide accountability for leaders in career transition, or act as a sounding board as they craft a vision for professional growth and development.

It’s time to level up your leadership capacity.

You are a seasoned executive who wants to lead with greater impact and influence. Maybe you are transitioning into an executive role and want to develop your executive presence and leadership brand. Or perhaps you have your eyes on your next promotion and want to improve your communication style and create the mindset of the leader you have always wanted to become.

Whether you are seeking to close a skill gap or simply be great in your current role, I understand what it takes to develop impactful leaders and can help you reach peak performance in the areas that are most critical to your success and happiness.

Executive coaching can help you:

  • Strengthen your executive presence
  • Build your leadership brand
  • Develop and enhance situational leadership skills
  • Improve communication in day-to-day and crucial conversations
  • Identify and address patterns and habits that limit your advancement
  • Improve emotional intelligence
  • Improve performance
  • Increase self-awareness
  • Develop the mindset and beliefs of the leader you want to be

"Anyone wanting to take their career to another level would be wise to engage Dr. Parker. I met her a little over a year ago and her coaching has helped me build a platform of confidence that has turned into a life-changing experience. Not only am I thriving in a successful career, but she helped me dive fearlessly into a new, senior-level role that has paid off in dividends. There is something about her technique that gets to the heart of matters and unlocks the best kind of change."

It’s time to level up your career.

You wake up one day and realize you did all the things you were supposed to do, but something is still missing in your career. You find yourself asking, “Is this all there is? Is this why I worked so hard?” Maybe you feel stuck, bored, or unfulfilled. Maybe you know it’s time to make a change, but you don’t know which change to make or how to make it. Or maybe you know exactly where you want to go and just need someone to help hold you accountable to your dreams.

Whether you are looking for a new career or simply want to find purpose and fulfillment in your current role, I understand how to get at the core drivers that lead to career satisfaction. I can help you create a powerful vision for career that fits with your life and aspirations, as well as assess opportunities for your development and growth.

Career coaching can help you:

  • Gain clarity on your career vision and goals
  • Identify gaps between where you are and where you want to be
  • Develop and enhance leadership and communication skills
  • Identify and address patterns and habits that limit your advancement
  • Improve emotional intelligence
  • Increase self-awareness
  • Provide accountability and support to ensure sustained commitment
  • Update your professional presence via your resume, LinkedIn profile, and relevant job search boards, if needed
  • Create a roadmap to your ultimate professional role, including networking and relationship-building strategies

"WOW! Benah is on top of her game! If you want to take your career to the next level, then she should be your go-to person. She is a talented writer and an extremely intuitive consultant. My resume captures the essence of who I am as an aspiring professional. I wish I knew Benah a long time ago!"

In a series of one-to-one meetings over several months, I will work with you to identify and focus on goals that result in progress toward your ultimate career and professional success. Between meetings, homework is assigned to help meet your goals.

Coaching sessions are typically 3-4 times a month for 60 minutes each, with availability via email or phone for one-off check-ins or issues as they arise between sessions. Sessions can be in person in the Phoenix metro area, over the phone, or via online meeting, based on schedules, travel, and other needs.

Because coaching success requires effort on both our parts, I advise all clients to understand that professional transformation takes time.

Executive coaching relationships have a minimum expectation of 6 months, while career coaching relationships have a minimum expectation of 3 months. Shorter agreements can be explored on a case-by-case basis, and longer agreements will be based on the benchmarks and progress of the initial agreement.

Coaching deliverables include:

  • A custom coaching plan with measurable actions and a map for success
  • Benchmarks for professional and personal development as they relate to your goals and objectives
  • Reading and study materials
  • Systems for dealing with difficult people, issues, and conflicts
