To address that gap, I will help identify the unconscious beliefs and behaviors that keep you in your comfort zone then work with you to identify measurable steps you can take toward your goals. You will have a clearer vision for your life and the steps you want and need to take to get there - all while being true to what matters most to you.

In a series of one-to-one meetings over several months, I will work with you to identify your personal vision for your life and focus on goals that result in progress toward your ultimate success, fulfillment, and happiness. Between meetings, homework is assigned to help meet your goals. Coaching sessions are typically 3-4 times a month for 60 minutes each, with availability via email or phone for one-off check-ins or issues as they arise between sessions. Sessions can be in person in the Phoenix metro area, over the phone, or via online meeting, based on schedules, travel, and other needs. 

Because coaching success requires effort on both our parts, I advise all clients to understand that transformation takes time. Coaching relationships have a minimum expectation of 3 months. Shorter agreements can be explored on a case-by-case basis, and longer agreements will be based on the benchmarks and progress of the initial agreement. 

Coaching deliverables include:  

  • A custom coaching plan with measurable actions and a map for success
  • Benchmarks for personal development as they relate to your goals and personal vision 
  • Reading and study materials 
  • Systems for dealing with difficult people, issues, and conflicts
